Python devel安裝失敗問題解決方案

環境：Linux-CentOS8，Python3.6

如果你遇到python-devel無法安裝的問題，發現如下錯誤：

解決方案之一是：

yum install python36-devel

即使用3.6版本去安裝。

有了Python36-devel，pip3安裝就更順暢了。
