回答2：謝邀， 基本沒有使用 windows，所以這個錯誤沒有碰到過，不過看錯誤，感覺像是 ruby的依賴問題，個人建議，你先確保自己的ruby環境沒有問題，因為windows ruby的安裝問題多種多樣。
終極大招-- 放棄掉 sass，其實你自己仔細的想一想，你的css 沒有必要非要用sass，可以用 less，stylus，或者 postcss來替換，不要人云亦云。。
